Returns Policy
All of our merchandise is custom made once ordered. If a product is defective or damaged or is lost in transit, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund. We cannot replace or refund otherwise.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return a defective or damaged item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We ship to THE CONTINTENAL UNITED STATES only.
We offer FREE SHIPPING using standard USPS. We do not offer expedited shipping.
